In order to receive an exact price please fill in the PURCHASE ORDER and send it attaching your plans or drafts. The drawings must contain clear wall dimensions. You will be promptly contacted by one of our specialists transmitting you the offer or asking you for supplementary details. You will receive the price for three finishing variants.You can choose the following pack: KIT pack, Complete finished outside pack, Semifinished pack. For financial and logistic reasons, you have to build the foundation with a local contractor. The electrical and sanitary installation must also be executed by a person or company certified by the authorities in your country.

After clarifying all details in the offer, if you have obtained the building permit, we can elaborate and sign the contract. In order to start the fabrication process of your construction, you have to pay an account of minimum 30%

After signing the contract, the term of delivery for the prefabricated components is 30-45 days. Meanwhile, you have to build the foundation.

The house components will be transported by trucks and they will be positioned in the structure of the house using a light crane (2 t). All structure elements will be prefabricated (walls, floors, roof). Also, according to contracted works, we can assemble in our factory the insulation, barriers, windows, thermo system, gypsum board, wainscot, etc.

The execution terms are:
   - pachetul KIT pack: 1-3 zile lucratoare
   - pachetul Complete finished outside pack: 10-20 zile lucratoare
   - pachetul Semifinished pack: 25-30 zile lucratoare
