4. The building process is extremely fast
Our company - due to its experience and adequate technologies - builds a semi finished wooden house in two or three days, to be finalized in 45 days maximum, even on bad weather, without needing a very large working team. 80% of the finishes can be made in our factory in a much friendly environment than on site and of a higher quality.
They are ready-made, walls embedding pipes for the various installations necessary to a house and they are assembled in very short time, cleanly, on the waterproof foundation. This means saving time and money. Practically, not only the construction time is fantastically reduced, at only a few days or weeks, but everything is protected and perfectly clean, unmingled during the execution. 5. Quake-proof
A wooden house resists to a 9 degrees Richter scale earthquake. Until now an earthquake of this magnitude has never been recorded.
